The Supreme Court collegium has recommended Gujarat High Court judge Justice Alparesh Yashvant Kokje for appointment as chief justice of the Madhya Pradesh High Court, pending central government approval.
The Supreme Court’s collegium has put forward Justice Alparesh Yashvant Kokje, presently a judge of the Gujarat High Court, for the post of chief justice of the Madhya Pradesh High Court.
