Stabbing in Siwan Land Dispute Leaves Jamindar Ahmad Seriously Injured

A heated confrontation erupted late Wednesday night near Jamunagadh, close to the Badharia police station in Siwan district, over a contested piece of land. Two groups of locals engaged in a physical fight that quickly turned violent.
During the melee, Jamindar Ahmad, a resident involved in the dispute, was stabbed with a knife and sustained serious injuries, according to eyewitnesses.
Police reports also allege that firearms were discharged and three vehicles were set ablaze during the clash, although the extent of the damage is still being assessed. Investigators have opened a case and are questioning participants to determine the sequence of events and identify those responsible for the alleged arson and shooting.
Local authorities have urged the community to refrain from taking the law into their own hands and promised a thorough investigation to bring the perpetrators to justice.
