The Telugu film ‘Comrade Kalyan’, starring Sree Vishnu, has crossed the total box office earnings of the earlier hit ‘Romanchakam’ during its opening weekend, according to IMDb data.
On its third day of theatrical release, the Telugu film ‘Comrade Kalyan’, featuring Sree Vishnu in the lead role, has eclipsed the total box‑office haul of the earlier blockbuster ‘Romanchakam’ during its opening weekend, according to figures released by IMDb.
‘Romanchakam’, which had been a commercial success across the state, had accumulated a lifetime collection that had set a benchmark for regional releases. ‘Comrade Kalyan’s’ rapid rise indicates a strong audience reception and robust marketing push.
The achievement marks a significant milestone for Sree Vishnu, who has been steadily building his reputation in the industry. Analysts suggest that the film’s performance could open doors for larger projects and elevate his standing among Telugu cinema’s leading actors.
