Sikkim Introduces New Schemes for Child Victims, Abuse Survivors and Vulnerable Groups

The Sikkim government today announced a set of new schemes designed to assist child victims, survivors of abuse and other vulnerable groups. The programmes aim to provide financial help, counselling and legal support to those affected. Implementation will be carried out through district offices and partner NGOs, with a focus on timely delivery of services. The launch is part of the state’s ongoing effort to strengthen protection for its most vulnerable citizens.
