Sikkim Draft Roll: 37,724 Names Deleted

In a significant update to the electoral roll in Sikkim, a total of 37,724 names have been deleted from the draft roll. This move is part of the ongoing process to refine and update the voter list in the state. The deletion of these names is a result of the Special Summary Revision (SSR) of the electoral roll, which aims to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the voter list. During this process, over 1.25 lakh notices were issued, indicating the extensive efforts made to verify and validate the information of voters in Sikkim.
