The Sikh community organized 'Chhabeel Seva' and 'Langar' to commemorate the martyrdom of Guru Arjan Dev Ji.
On the occasion of the martyrdom anniversary of Guru Arjan Dev Ji, members of the Sikh community came together to organize community service events. These observances included 'Chhabeel Seva', the distribution of chilled sweetened water, and 'Langar', a communal kitchen serving free meals to all.
The events are held annually to honor the fifth Sikh Guru, Guru Arjan Dev Ji, who is remembered for his significant contributions to Sikhism and his sacrifice. The distribution of water and food is a traditional way to express devotion and serve humanity.
These commemorative activities reflect the core Sikh principles of selfless service (seva) and equality, providing a space for spiritual reflection and community bonding.
