Shikhar Mohan named in India A squad for final two four‑day Tests against New Zealand A

Shikhar Mohan has been added to the India A squad for the concluding two four‑day matches against New Zealand A, according to a Cricinfo report. The selection comes as the series approaches its final phase, with the remaining games expected to shape the touring side's performance.

The inclusion of Mohan, a versatile all‑rounder, provides India A with additional depth in both batting and bowling departments. Team management hopes his experience in domestic cricket will translate into valuable contributions on the longer format.

The announcement underscores the board's focus on grooming talent ahead of senior international commitments, while the upcoming fixtures will offer Mohan and his teammates a platform to stake a claim for future national selection.
