Shemaroo Secures MIB Approval to Launch Hindi Channel Mango TV

Shemaroo Entertainment has secured regulatory approval from the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting (MIB) to launch a new Hindi entertainment channel.

The channel, named Mango TV, will be part of Shemaroo's strategy to expand its television footprint and offer fresh content to Hindi‑speaking audiences.

The MIB clearance marks an important milestone for the company, enabling it to move forward with licensing, content acquisition and broadcasting arrangements.

No launch date has been announced yet, but industry observers expect the channel to debut later this year.
