The Faculty of Agricultural Sciences (FASC) at SGT University, Gurugram, recently organized an awareness program for farmers in Rewari district, Haryana. The initiative, part of the Khet Bachao Abhiyan 2026, took place in the villages of Khaliawas and Khatwali.
This program was conducted in collaboration with Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK), Rewari, and IFFCO Haryana. The primary objective was to impart knowledge to the local farming community.
Farmers were educated on crucial aspects of modern agriculture, including sustainable practices, the importance of balanced fertilizer application, and effective soil health management techniques. Additionally, information was shared regarding various government schemes available to support the agricultural sector and its stakeholders.
