Seva Yatris volunteers launched a Mega Swachhata Abhiyan covering 20 routes across four states, aiming to promote cleanliness at the grassroots level.
Seva Yatris, a volunteer organization, has rolled out a Mega Swachhata Abhiyan that spans 20 routes in four states. The initiative focuses on bringing the cleanliness message directly to local communities.
During the campaign, volunteers organized clean‑up drives along the designated routes, collecting litter and disposing of waste responsibly. They also distributed informational material to educate residents about the importance of maintaining hygiene.
Local leaders and residents were encouraged to participate, fostering a sense of shared responsibility for public spaces. The campaign’s goal is to create sustainable cleanliness habits that extend beyond the event.
Officials from Seva Yatris stated that the drive will continue for several weeks, with plans to expand to additional routes if the response is positive.
