Bharatiya Janata Party is reportedly considering Sandhya Rai for a position in the Modi cabinet, aiming to strengthen its support base among the Jatav community in Uttar Pradesh.
Speculation is mounting that Sandhya Rai could be a potential nominee for the upcoming Modi cabinet. This move is seen as a strategic effort by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) to enhance its electoral prospects by appealing to the Jatav voter segment in Uttar Pradesh.
The BJP's focus on the Jatav community, a significant Dalit sub-group in Uttar Pradesh, indicates a broader strategy to consolidate support across various social strata in the politically crucial state. The inclusion of a leader like Sandhya Rai, if it materializes, would signify the party's commitment to reaching out to and engaging with this demographic.
