Samajwadi Party Alleges Booth Capturing in UP MLC Elections

The Samajwadi Party (SP) has alleged booth capturing during the ongoing Uttar Pradesh Legislative Council elections. The party has demanded re-polling in several booths where they claim irregularities took place. The SP's allegations come amidst a tense political climate in the state, with the ruling BJP facing scrutiny over its electoral practices. The Election Commission is yet to respond to the SP's claims. The UP MLC polls are being closely watched as they are seen as a precursor to the upcoming state assembly elections.
