The Bollywood star Salman Khan will perform his own action sequences in the upcoming film SVC 63, titled ‘Monster’, following a heart attack suffered by his body double.

Salman Khan, one of Bollywood’s biggest box‑office draws, is set to appear in the action‑drama SVC 63, marketed under the title “Monster”. The film, slated for release later this year, features the star in a physically demanding role that includes several high‑risk stunt sequences.

During recent shooting, Khan’s regular body double suffered a sudden heart attack, prompting immediate medical attention and halting the scheduled stunt work. The incident raised concerns about the continuity of the action scenes and the safety protocols on set.

In response, Khan announced that he will personally undertake the remaining stunts, citing confidence in the film’s safety measures and a desire to keep the production on schedule. The production house confirmed that all necessary precautions, including medical supervision and specialized rigging, have been reinforced.

Industry observers note that while actors performing their own stunts is not unprecedented for Khan, the decision underscores his commitment to the project and adds a layer of publicity ahead of the film’s launch. The film’s director expressed gratitude for Khan’s willingness to step in and assured fans that the final product will meet the high standards expected from a Salman Khan vehicle.
