Retired IAS officer Rakesh Agrawal was found dead with his throat slit at his residence in Suraj Nagar, Bhopal. A servant who had been employed two days prior is reported missing.
The body of retired IAS officer Rakesh Agrawal was discovered in his house located in the Suraj Nagar locality of Bhopal, under the jurisdiction of the Ratibad police station. Preliminary reports indicate that his throat was slit, suggesting a violent attack.
