Rajasthan to Build 400‑km Six‑Lane Expressway from Jaipur to Pachpadra, Costing ₹11,492 Crore

The Rajasthan government has announced plans to construct a 390‑400 km six‑lane greenfield expressway linking Jaipur, Jodhpur and Pachpadra. The corridor will cut travel time between the cities to about four hours, boosting regional connectivity. The project, valued at ₹11,492 crore, will be executed by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI). Once completed, the expressway is expected to spur economic activity, ease freight movement and support tourism across the state.
