The Rajasthan State Election Commission will reveal the schedule for the upcoming Panchayat elections later today.
The Rajasthan State Election Commission (RSEC) will hold a press conference today to disclose the calendar for the forthcoming Panchayat elections across the state.
The announcement is expected to detail the phases, nomination filing deadlines and polling dates for rural local bodies, which are slated for later this year.
Officials said the schedule is designed to ensure smooth conduct and give candidates and election staff ample time to prepare, especially in remote areas.
The timing follows extensive consultations with political parties and civil‑society groups that have been seeking clarity on the timetable.
Once released, the dates will be posted on the official Rajasthan election website and communicated to district authorities for implementation.
