A two-day protest by three NSUI students in Rajasthan came to an end after successful negotiations with the government. The students had climbed a water tank in Tonk to press for their demand of reinstating student union elections. The protest had also led to the arrest of 11 workers during a road blockade on Tonk Road. The government's assurance of not filing cases against the students and engaging in talks led to the end of the protest.
