Rajasthan Health Minister Gajendra Singh Khimsar attributed the increasing number of Cesarean deliveries to the younger generation's desire to avoid the pain of labor.

Rajasthan Health Minister Gajendra Singh Khimsar has commented on the recent incidents of maternal complications in Jodhpur, stating that the three cases reported are distinct.

Addressing the rising trend of Cesarean sections, Khimsar suggested that a primary reason is the younger generation's inclination to avoid the natural pain associated with labor. This preference, he indicated, is contributing to the higher rate of surgical births.

The minister's remarks come in the context of specific maternal health concerns that have emerged in Jodhpur.
