The Rajasthan High Court directed the removal of 310 illegal structures spanning a 6‑km stretch from 22 warehouses to the B2 bypass in Jaipur, giving affected parties 15 days to comply.

The Rajasthan High Court issued a directive ordering the demolition of 310 encroachments that have occupied a six‑kilometre road corridor linking 22 warehouses with the B2 bypass in Jaipur. The order covers the entire stretch from the warehouse complex to the bypass, which is part of the JDA's planned "yellow paw" corridor.

Affected parties have been served a notice requiring them to vacate the illegal structures within 15 days of the order. Failure to comply could result in forced removal by municipal authorities.

The court's decision aims to clear the route for the proposed B2 bypass expansion and to restore public right‑of‑way, addressing long‑standing complaints from commuters and local businesses about traffic congestion caused by the encroachments.

JDA officials said they will monitor the compliance process and coordinate with the Jaipur Development Authority to ensure that the cleared land is handed over for the intended infrastructure work.
