Murgaocha, Uttar Pradesh – Local cultural group Raja Ganeshotsav mandal carried out the demolition of an unauthorised shed that had been constructed on land belonging to the MPA. The action was taken after the mandal received complaints that the structure violated land‑use regulations.
According to officials, the shed was built without any permission from the relevant authorities and was obstructing the intended use of the MPA property. The mandal organised a team of volunteers and, with the assistance of local officials, dismantled the structure early on Wednesday.
No injuries were reported during the operation, and the mandal said the demolition was aimed at preserving public land and upholding community norms. The group urged residents to seek proper clearances before undertaking any construction on government or institutional land.
