Punjab MP Harsimrat Kaur has publicly slammed the state government, accusing the Chief Minister of turning defenders into predators and claiming he has no time to meet the people.
Punjab MP Harsimrat Kaur, a senior member of the Shiromani Akali Dal, took to the podium on Tuesday to launch a scathing critique of the state administration.
She accused the Chief Minister, Manpreet Singh Badal, of turning the state's protectors into predators, saying that those entrusted with defence and security are now being questioned by the public.
Kaur added that the CM has no time to meet the people, implying a disconnect between the government and the electorate.
The remarks were made during a press conference in Mohali, where opposition leaders sought to highlight perceived shortcomings in the government's performance.
The criticism comes amid growing dissent within the ruling coalition and reflects the broader political tensions in Punjab.
