All government schools in Punjab are conducting a large‑scale parent‑teacher meeting today, according to The Tribune.
The Tribune reports that a mega parent‑teacher meeting (PTM) is being held today across every government school in Punjab. The event is part of a coordinated effort by the state’s education authorities to bring parents and teachers together in a single day.
The meeting aims to provide a platform for discussing student performance, addressing parental concerns, and outlining upcoming academic initiatives. School principals are expected to brief parents on curriculum changes and extracurricular opportunities.
Logistically, the PTMs are scheduled simultaneously in all districts, with each school following a uniform agenda set by the Punjab School Education Department. Officials anticipate a high turnout, reflecting the community’s interest in educational outcomes.
The coordinated approach underscores the government’s focus on strengthening home‑school collaboration as a means to improve learning standards across the state.
