Punjab's Chief Minister Bhagwat Mann stepped into the town of Dhuri to commence a house‑to‑house election outreach, meeting residents directly as part of his party's pre‑poll push. The on‑ground campaign, described by the CM as a personal connect with voters, involved him knocking on doors and addressing local concerns.
During the visits, Mann launched sharp criticisms against the Bharatiya Janata Party, the Indian National Congress and the Shiromani Akali Dal, alleging that the opposition has failed to deliver on promises and has neglected the state's development needs. He positioned his own administration as the only force delivering tangible benefits to the common man.
Emphasising his government's welfare agenda, the CM said recent schemes have eased the financial strain on families, allowing earnings to be redirected toward other household priorities. He cited improvements in health, education and social security as evidence that his administration is reducing the economic burden on Punjab's citizens.
