Initial reports suggested the incident was an accidental fall. However, police investigations have now led to allegations against the victim's fiancée and another individual, who is reportedly her lover.
Investigators allege that the fiancée and her alleged partner conspired to push Agarwal into the approximately 350-foot gorge, leading to his death.
