The much-anticipated film Fauzi starring Telugu superstar Prabhas has been postponed, with producers targeting a March 2027 release. The shift aims to avoid a box-office clash with another upcoming film titled Eetha.
Trade sources confirm that the Prabhas-led film Fauzi has been put on hold, with its earlier release schedule withdrawn. The producers have decided to revisit the launch window after assessing the current market landscape.
The new plan is to aim for a March 2027 release, giving the project additional time for production and post‑production work. This revised timeline is being discussed internally among the film’s team.
The primary motivation behind the shift is to steer clear of a potential box‑office clash with another high‑profile film titled Eetha, which is also slated for release around the same period.
As of now, no further details about the film’s shooting status or cast changes have been made public, and the makers have refrained from commenting on specific dates beyond the tentative March 2027 window.
