Power Supply Cut in Pathankot Until 5:30 PM for Wire Repairs at Sarna 132 kV Sub‑Station

Powercom has initiated wire‑repair work at the Sarna 132 kV sub‑station to address technical faults and improve the electricity network in Pathankot. The maintenance activity has forced the shutdown of five major feeders, leaving the city without power in several areas. Residents have been informed that the outage will continue until 5:30 pm, after which supply is expected to resume. The utility has assured that the repairs are being carried out swiftly to minimise inconvenience. No further disruptions are anticipated once the work is completed.
