Police driver Tej Narayan Sah lost his life when his vehicle, after getting stuck in a pothole, collided with a truck and overturned on NH‑27 in Khopa, Madhubani district.
Police driver Tej Narayan Sah was killed in a road accident on National Highway 27 in the Khopa area of Fullpara police station, Madhubani district, Bihar. The incident occurred when the driver’s vehicle, a bailero, got its tire caught in a pothole, causing the vehicle to lose control. It then collided with a passing truck and overturned, leading to the fatality. Authorities are investigating the road conditions and the incident has prompted calls for better maintenance of the highway. No other casualties were reported.
