Gujarat police have dismantled an illegal liquor manufacturing unit in Morbi, seizing equipment and arresting five suspects.
Police in Gujarat carried out a raid on an unauthorised liquor‑making facility in the industrial town of Morbi, breaking up the operation and taking five individuals into custody. The enforcement team reported that the unit was producing spurious alcoholic beverages that were not licensed for sale or consumption.
During the operation, authorities seized a range of equipment used for distillation, bottling and storage, along with raw materials and finished product.
