The BJP has announced a comprehensive campaign plan for the 2027 Uttar Pradesh elections, with Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, and Defence Minister Rajnath Singh leading the strategy.
The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has unveiled a detailed campaign blueprint for the 2027 Uttar Pradesh assembly elections, announcing that the party’s top leadership will steer the strategy.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah and Defence Minister Rajnath Singh will jointly oversee the plan, with Modi expected to provide overarching guidance, Shah handling organisational logistics, and Singh focusing on security and voter outreach.
The blueprint outlines key focus areas such as rural development, infrastructure, and job creation, and sets a phased timeline for candidate selection, rallies and media campaigns leading up to the polls.
Political analysts say the involvement of the three leaders signals the BJP’s intent to consolidate its position in the nation’s most populous state ahead of the 2027 elections.
