Organising Committee Suspends Zubeen Garg Festivals Until Justice Delivered

The organising committee of the forthcoming festivals has issued a statement declaring that no events featuring Assamese singer Zubeen Garg will be held until justice is delivered. The decision comes as the singer faces legal scrutiny, prompting organisers to take a stand. While details of the case remain sparse, the committee’s move signals a firm stance on ensuring accountability. As a result, all planned performances by Zubeen Garg across the region have been cancelled, affecting fans and event planners alike.
