One dead, two seriously injured as bike hits container then run over by fleeing Scorpio in Bihar

A biker died and two others, including a woman, were critically injured after their bike collided with an unsecured container and was subsequently run over by a Scorpio that fled the scene in Bihar.
A road accident in Bihar turned fatal when a two-wheeler struck an unsecured container on the highway. The collision left the rider and two passengers on the ground. Shortly after, a Scorpio SUV approached from behind and ran over the bikers, crushing them further.
The impact killed one of the male riders on the spot. A woman and another man sustained serious injuries and were rushed to the nearest hospital for emergency treatment.
Police arrived at the scene and launched a search for the Scorpio, whose driver fled without stopping. Investigators are reviewing CCTV footage and eyewitness accounts to identify and apprehend the suspect.
Authorities have warned that reckless driving and unsecured loads on roads pose a grave danger, especially during the ongoing monsoon season that has already caused numerous traffic incidents across the state.
