In the Sidhhi Chuhia Ghat area of Madhya Pradesh, an Odisha police team was ambushed by four armed vehicles.
The attackers fired at the officers and physically assaulted them before freeing NDPS accused Aditya Mishra from police custody.
Following the incident, police immediately began a search operation to locate the escaped suspect and the armed bandits.
