Karnataka’s NWKRTC has launched a new AC sleeper bus service, dubbed 'Raja Ratha', connecting Belagavi with Thane, offering overnight travel between the two cities.
NWKRTC, Karnataka’s state transport corporation, has inaugurated the 'Raja Ratha' AC sleeper bus, a new overnight service that links Belagavi with Thane. The route covers a distance of approximately 600 kilometres, providing passengers with comfortable reclining seats, onboard catering and charging points. The service aims to improve connectivity between the two states and offer a convenient alternative to rail and private transport. Early reports suggest that the bus will run daily, with tickets available through the NWKRTC website and authorized counters.
