The National University of Science and Technology in Ranchi has announced the launch of several postgraduate diploma programmes, aiming to expand skill‑based education in Jharkhand.
The National University of Science and Technology (NUSRL) in Ranchi has officially rolled out a suite of postgraduate diploma programmes. These courses are designed to provide industry‑relevant skills and cater to the growing demand for specialised talent in the state.
The university says the new diplomas cover a range of disciplines, though specific subjects have not been listed in the announcement. By offering shorter, focused programmes, NUSRL aims to complement its existing degree offerings and create additional pathways for working professionals.
State officials have welcomed the initiative, noting that it aligns with Jharkhand’s broader skill‑development agenda. The launch is expected to attract students from across the region who seek practical, job‑oriented training.
NUSRL plans to monitor enrolment and placement outcomes closely, with the intention of expanding the diploma portfolio in future academic cycles.
