The National Land Monetisation Company (NLMC) has facilitated the sale of land owned by Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Ltd (RINL) for ₹584 crore and is now looking to monetise assets of Hindustan Infratech Ltd (HIL).

The buyer, identified as a consortium of private developers, will acquire the site for use in industrial and infrastructure projects, aligning with the government's push to unlock idle assets for economic growth. Following the successful closure, NLMC announced that it will turn its focus to monetising assets of Hindustan Infratech Ltd (HIL).
