District Police Superintendent Pradeep Gunti emphasized the complementary roles of the police and medical sectors in ensuring public safety and health. He highlighted the importance of coordination between police and doctors during emergencies such as accidents and attacks, where police provide quick response and doctors deliver life-saving treatment. Dr. Nitin Gudage, a cardiologist, spoke about lifestyle factors like stress, poor diet, lack of exercise, and smoking that affect heart health, urging everyone, especially youth, to be aware of heart health. He advised immediate medical attention for symptoms such as chest pain, breathing difficulty, excessive sweating, dizziness, and irregular heartbeat, and recommended regular health check-ups, balanced diet, exercise, and stress control. Dr. Chandrakant Gudage, president of Gudage Hospital, stressed the need for continuous study, discipline, and dedication in the medical profession and encouraged students to have clear goals and understand the responsibility of safeguarding lives.
