Bhilwara police have arrested a student accused of defrauding NEET-UG aspirants by promising to sell them the actual exam paper via a Telegram channel, just three days before the examination.

In a significant development just three days prior to the NEET-UG examination, authorities in Bhilwara, Rajasthan, have apprehended a student suspected of operating a fraudulent scheme. The arrest is linked to the alleged sale of fake examination papers to aspiring medical candidates.

According to initial reports, the accused student was reportedly using a Telegram channel to lure candidates. He is alleged to have promised them access to the genuine NEET-UG question paper, thereby defrauding them of money.

The swift action by the Bhilwara police aims to curb malpractice and ensure the integrity of the crucial national-level examination. Further investigations are expected to reveal the extent of the network involved in this alleged scam.
