The first round of reporting for the 2026 NEET UG exam in Chhattisgarh has commenced, with candidates required to submit specific documents to secure admission.

Chhattisgarh authorities have opened the reporting window for Round 1 of the 2026 NEET UG admission cycle. Eligible candidates who qualified in the recent NEET UG entrance exam must appear at designated reporting centres to confirm their seats.

Applicants are instructed to bring original copies of their NEET scorecard, a valid photo ID, recent passport‑size photographs, and proof of domicile for Chhattisgarh. Academic transcripts from the qualifying examination and a self‑declaration form regarding eligibility criteria are also mandatory.

The reporting period is slated to run for ten days, after which seats will be allocated based on merit and category reservations. Successful verification will lead to the issuance of provisional admission letters, enabling students to proceed with fee payment and subsequent enrollment.

Candidates who miss the reporting deadline risk forfeiture of their allotted seats, and may have to re‑apply in the subsequent round, subject to seat availability.
