If a candidate’s computer locks during the NEET PG 2026 exam, the on‑site IT manager will verify the issue and unlock the account.
The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Post‑Graduates (NEET PG) 2026 is being conducted across multiple centres nationwide. While the examination is fully computer‑based, officials acknowledge that occasional technical glitches, such as a locked workstation, may occur.
In the event of a lock‑out, the designated IT manager present in each exam room is responsible for confirming the candidate’s identity and the nature of the problem. Once verification is complete, the manager will unlock the candidate’s account, allowing the test to resume without the need for a replacement device.
Candidates are advised to remain calm, immediately inform the invigilator about the issue, and follow the IT manager’s instructions. The protocol is designed to minimise disruption and ensure that every aspirant gets a fair opportunity to complete the exam.
All NEET PG 2026 centres have implemented this standard operating procedure, reflecting the exam authority’s commitment to a smooth, secure, and transparent testing environment.
