India’s National Crime Bureau has brought drug trafficker Salim Dola, an aide of Dawood Ibrahim, back to the country after he was extradited from Turkey.
The National Crime Bureau (NCB) has secured the return of Salim Dola, a close aide of Dawood Ibrahim, after he was extradited from Turkey.
Dola, who has been linked to international drug trafficking, was arrested in Turkey and sent to India under a mutual legal assistance agreement.
The extradition was part of a broader cooperation between Indian and Turkish authorities to curb cross‑border crime.
Once in India, Dola will be processed by the NCB for further investigation and possible prosecution under the Narcotics Control Act.
