An advocate has lodged a negligence complaint in court against eleven officials linked to the PNG gas pipeline blast on Muzaffarpur's Gobarsahi‑Dumri road.
The PNG gas pipeline explosion that occurred on the Gobarsahi‑Dumri road in Muzaffarpur, Bihar, has moved from the accident site to the courtroom.
Advocate Sushil Kumar Singh filed a formal complaint before the district court, naming officials from the Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), the State Road Construction Department and the Nala Construction Agency. A total of eleven individuals have been charged with negligence in connection with the incident.
The petition alleges that lapses in safety protocols and sub‑standard construction work contributed to the blast, endangering nearby residents. The court will now examine the evidence and decide whether the accused will face further legal action.
