The Madhya Pradesh Travel Mart facilitated around 10,000 business‑to‑business meetings over four days, with participation from 100 operators representing 34 countries and 180 operators from 15 Indian states.

The Madhya Pradesh Travel Mart, a flagship tourism platform of the state government, concluded its four‑day programme after hosting roughly 10,000 B2B meetings. Organisers reported that the event attracted 100 travel operators from 34 foreign nations, underscoring its growing international appeal.

In addition to the overseas presence, 180 domestic operators from 15 Indian states took part, creating a broad network for potential collaborations across the country. The high volume of meetings reflects strong demand for partnerships in inbound and outbound tourism, especially as the sector rebounds post‑pandemic.

State officials highlighted the Mart’s role in showcasing Madhya Pradesh’s heritage sites, wildlife reserves and cultural festivals to a global audience. They expect the contacts made during the event to translate into increased tourist arrivals and revenue for the state’s hospitality and travel industries.

The success of this edition is likely to encourage further investment in infrastructure and promotional activities, positioning Madhya Pradesh as a competitive destination in both domestic and international markets.
