MP Police: 265 Inspectors Promoted

In a significant administrative move, the Madhya Pradesh government has announced the promotion of 265 police inspectors to the post of Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP). This decision is expected to bring about a change in the state's police hierarchy. The promotions were announced by the state's Home Department on Tuesday. The move is seen as a major reshuffle in the police department. Furthermore, 12 Additional Superintendents of Police (ASPs) have been transferred to different locations within the state.
