On Saturday, Chief Minister Mohan Yadav travelled to the SDRF state command centre in Bhopal to review the ongoing flood situation. The visit was part of the government’s effort to coordinate relief and ensure that resources are deployed efficiently.
During the inspection, CM Yadav urged residents in flood‑prone regions to remain vigilant, noting that the rains could continue for a few more days. He emphasized the importance of following safety guidelines and staying away from hazardous zones.
The state government has mobilised additional rescue teams and established relief camps to support displaced families. The SDRF continues to monitor weather patterns and coordinate with local authorities.
Authorities have called on the public to cooperate with evacuation orders and to report any new flooding incidents promptly.
