MP Finalises Metropolitan Authority

The Madhya Pradesh government has taken a significant step towards improving urban governance and development in the state. A new metropolitan authority set-up has been finalised for the Bhopal, Ujjain-Indore regions. This authority will comprise 500 posts, aiming to streamline urban planning, infrastructure development, and public services. The move is expected to bring about a more coordinated approach to addressing the needs of these rapidly growing urban areas.
