Over 81 lakh farmers in Madhya Pradesh are set to receive the next instalment of the PM-Kisan scheme on June 20, amounting to ₹1,634 crore.
A significant financial disbursement is scheduled for farmers in Madhya Pradesh. On June 20, the central government will transfer the latest instalment of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-Kisan) scheme directly into the bank accounts of 81.67 lakh eligible farmers across the state.
The total amount to be disbursed in this tranche is ₹1,634 crore. This initiative aims to provide crucial financial support to agricultural households, assisting them with various farming-related expenses and needs.
The PM-Kisan scheme is a central sector scheme providing income support to all landholding farmer families across the country. Beneficiaries receive ₹6,000 per year, payable in three equal 4-monthly installments of ₹2,000 each.
