The ambulance was ferrying the patient to a hospital when the incident occurred. According to reports, the oxygen cylinder in the ambulance was empty, and the patient was being administered oxygen from the same cylinder. The patient, who was critical, could not survive due to the lack of oxygen. The family of the deceased has alleged that the ambulance staff was aware of the empty cylinder but still chose to transport the patient. The incident has sparked outrage and raised questions about the state's emergency services. An investigation into the matter has been initiated.
