The arrest followed an investigation that revealed a forged lease agreement for a property allegedly linked to Akshay Kumar’s sister. The lease was found to contain falsified signatures and documents. Authorities say the leader is suspected of orchestrating the forgery to secure the property. The case is now under the purview of the Mumbai Police Crime Branch.
