Mizoram CM Lalduhoma Opens Lengtekai Bridge Across Tlawng River

Mizoram's Chief Minister Lalduhoma officially opened the Lengtekai bridge that stretches over the Tlawng River. The ceremony was attended by local officials and community members who gathered to witness the completion of the project.
The bridge is expected to provide a reliable all‑weather link between villages on either side of the river, cutting travel time and reducing dependence on ferries that were previously the only crossing option.
In his remarks, the CM emphasized that the new structure will facilitate trade, improve access to health and education services, and contribute to the overall socio‑economic development of the region.
