The opposition party in Meghalaya, VPP, has come out in support of the protest against NEET. The students of North Eastern Hill University (NEHU) are also participating in the protest, demanding the resignation of the education minister. The protest is gaining momentum in the state, with more and more people joining in to express their discontent with the NEET exam. The VPP has stated that the NEET exam is not suitable for the students of Meghalaya and has demanded that the state government take immediate action to address the concerns of the students.
